The Account Executive for Commercial & Bindery Services is responsible for driving revenue growth across commercial printing operations and dealer network bindery product lines. This position focuses on expanding market presence leading sales strategy collaborating with product development and managing key partner accounts. The role oversees all sales activities for commercial print bindery solutions county products dealer networks and specialty printing services while collaborating with production procurement and customer service to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and margin goals.
Expand sales in commercial printing and dealer network bindery services through proactive efforts in untapped markets.
Identify growth opportunities in current customers dealer networks and emerging markets.
Work closely with product development to create product solutions that will aid new revenue generation efforts.
Serve as primary liaison for top commercial and bindery clients.
Prepare and deliver proposals quotes and pricing in coordination with CSR procurement and production teams.
Negotiate and manage reseller and/or partner agreements.
Represent the company at relevant industry events and trade shows.
Track and report sales metrics forecasts and pipeline activity.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing or related field (preferred).
- 510 years of B2B sales experience; printing manufacturing or bindery experience preferred.
- Entrepreneurial attitude toward new business acquisitions.
- Comfort with sales dashboards KPIs and reporting (Excel/BI tools).
- CRM proficiency.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Travel up to 25% to attend trade shows customer visits and occasional evenings/weekends.
