Business Development/Marketing Specialist
Paul Davis Restoration provides professional residential and commercial emergency restoration services for disasters of all sizes from water and flood damage to fire damage and mold remediation. Title: Business Development/Marketing Specialist
Hours/Week: Full-time 40 hours
Territory: Orange Osceola and Seminole Counties
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with current and potential clients through one-on-one visits organized events and targeted relationship development
- Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visits
- Manage marketing programs
- Ensure staff uses the Paul Davis brand correctly in accordance with Brand Standards
- Utilize marketing technology software to upload CRM contacts administer email campaigns customize and print marketing collateral track sales calls leads referrals and notes
- Manage social media accounts post relative content graphics monitor all reviews and feedback and reply/follow-up accordingly
- Attend business networking functions to promote the business
- Coordinate and manage community and charitable events
- Schedule and manage Continuing Education courses
- Any other duties and responsibilities required to build the market awareness of Paul Davis Restoration of Orlando

Qualifications:
- Marketing Public Relations or Communications degree
- Two or more years sales and marketing experience
- Restoration construction/home improvement and/or insurance industry experience ideal
- Bi-Lingual helpful
