We are seeking a part-time 20 hour/week B2B Account Specialist who thrives at the intersection of sales and customer loyalty. Your role is to help support revenue growth through our HC Brands B2B company stores while nurturing meaningful relationships that lead to long-term B2B customer addition to aiding with company store management you will work directly with customers to provide exceptional service and respond and answer requests from customers for large order quotes.

What youll do:
Strategic Revenue Growth: Utilize the HC Brands platform to identify high-revenue opportunities for upselling cross-selling and customer retention.
Customer Loyalty & Engagement: Build and sustain relationships that extend beyond the transaction embodying our commitment to customer loyalty.
Sales Strategy & Tactics: Collaborate with peers to optimize sales processes and partner with Marketing to innovate sales opportunities.
Lead Management & Qualification: Manage both outbound and inbound leads effectively ensuring theyre well-nurtured and ready for the sales cycle.
Quote Analysis and Response: Review and respond to large order quotes and work to drive sales to completion.
Re-Engagement Strategies: Reactivate dormant or inactive leads by emphasizing long-term value and brand loyalty.

To do well in this role youll need to:
- Possess the following experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales; ecommerce sales preferred;
- Experience with lead generation system such as Salesforce Zendesk HubSpot
- Possess the following traits:
