This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales leader with strong MSP experience a passion for developing high-performing teams and a proven ability to drive both new business acquisition and account growth within a consultative sales environment.
What Were Looking For
Minimum 5 years experience within IT / MSP sales
Strong background in cyber security cloud infrastructure or data protection sales
Proven track record of revenue growth and delivering measurable sales success
Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams
Strong commercial awareness and consultative selling approach
Willingness to travel nationally when required
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
Drive growth across both new and existing client accounts
Identify whitespace opportunities and expand strategic customer relationships
Manage coach and mentor the Account Management team
Strengthen vendor and distributor partnerships
Deliver accurate forecasting pipeline management and CRM reporting
Support go-to-market strategy and demand generation initiatives
Collaborate with Business Development Marketing and Pre-Sales teams
Represent the business at customer meetings trade shows and industry events
