Job Summary

The Presales Lead is a strategic orchestrator who deepens customer partnerships by creating a transparent roadmap for successful architecture and Databricks platform adoption. Your mission is to exceed client expectations throughout the entire lifecycle - from the initial vision and engagement orchestration to final delivery and ongoing value realization.

In this role you will collaborate closely with the Enterprise Engagement Manager (EM) to scale operations across a high-impact German Enterprise patch of over 400 accounts. You will act as the primary bridge between internal sales teams and partner delivery teams translating complex use cases into robust proposals and driving the land and expand motion through professional services.

 

What Will You Do

 

  • Strategic Growth: Identify untapped service opportunities by analyzing customer use cases and articulating the business value of upselling or extending services.

  • Target Achievement: Lead high-priority opportunities to meet and exceed Professional Services and Training booking and revenue targets.

  • Solution Architecture: Consult with clients to define engagement scope technical requirements timelines and costs taking full ownership of the Statement of Work (SOW) development.

  • Operational Leadership: Resolve delivery hurdles navigate resource constraints and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with Sales Customer Success Support and Product teams to align on campaigns program content and overall customer mission.

Qualifications :

What You Need to Apply:

  • Services Leadership: 3 years of experience leading a Professional Services or Education Services line of business.

  • Client Engagement: 3 years in high-stakes customer-facing roles requiring a sophisticated blend of influencing validation and negotiation.

  • Domain Expertise: 3 years of experience in the Data and AI domain specifically guiding customers from initial concepts to production-grade implementations.

  • Value-Based Selling: Demonstrated ability to articulate value-based sales models and implement tailored customer solutions.

  • Program Management: Advanced skills in service delivery with the ability to distill complex success outcomes into structured executable program plans.

  • Communication: Exceptional executive-level communication skills and the ability to work effectively across diverse internal team

  • Full professional fluency in English is mandatory

  • Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel as needed typically for a few days every 12 months; must be based in an EU time zone.

  • Drive: Self-motivated with high energy and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced ecosystem.

 

Nice To Have:

  • Professional fluency in German
