What youll do

• Responsible for managing the compensation and benefit P&L account planning for several Gas Power businesses across all the planning cycles as well as partner with coach and support customer for all business reviews.
• Has ability to communicate and prepare variance analysis in a timely manner
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Will lead automation and simplification projects to build lean standard work
• Role will function with autonomy in a team environment
• Critical thinker with the ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated day-to-day problems.
• Has ability to prioritize information for data analysis. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking.
• Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own team to investigate and arrive at decisions.

What youll bring (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in closing analysing and forecasting in a multiple legal entity environment
• Experience with core financial systems and processes (GL transaction registers journal entries)
• Strong oral and written communication skills; will interact cross functionally across all levels of the organization
• Fluent English AND Hungarian knowledge
• Ability to prioritize and meet quarterly and monthly timelines
• Attention to detail and accuracy; able to link results to drivers and find areas of opportunity for improvement
• Critical thinker with flexibility to adapt to new information
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems independently with support and direction of the team

Additional Notes:

• Successful applicant will be legally eligible to enter into an employment relationship under the laws of Hungary
• This is a hybrid role with three days remote and two days in the office.
