Job Summary
Primary Responsibilities & Skills:
- Responsible for tracking entering and researching information in current systems
- Prepare material for shipping by weighing packaging stamping and preparing necessary shipping forms such as invoices and shipping labels
- Disinfect all incoming cases following laboratory safety processes
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone email and blog
- Assemble and fill boxes with items that need to be shipped
- Unload sort and prioritize incoming packages for case entry
- Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
- Provide support to employees and managers in the handling of all shipping related activities including routing internal drivers for package pickup and delivery
- All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of dental lab products materials and techniques preferred
- Basic computer knowledge with ability to learn new programs
- Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication
- High attention to detail with the upmost accuracy is required
- Understanding of general administrative policies and procedures
- Self-motivated with strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced high volume environment.
- Maintain clean equipment and work area
- Ability to stand for long periods of time; Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Team Player a MUST
- High school diploma or equivalent required
