About this Job
The HR Business Partner acts as a strategic link between Human Resources and the Operations areas in Mexico supporting the execution of initiatives related to talent performance culture and labor compliance. This role requires a solid command of English to interact with global teams executive presentations and corporate documentation.
Responsibilities
- Expert in HRBP processes in Workday
- Management and knowledge of HR Analytics
- Analyze operational metrics (people KPIs) and propose actions to improve team stability and efficiency.
- Ensure and resolve HR quality check
- Collaborate with Recruitment to fill critical positions
- Prepare reports presentations and project updates in English for international stakeholders.
- Align local processes with global policies practices and standards.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Psychology Administration Industrial Relations or a related field.
- 25 years in Human Resources areas.
- Advanced English (B2C1 preferred).
- Personnel data analysis (Excel dashboards or HRs).
- Effective and assertive communication.
- Organization and prioritization in dynamic environments.
- Critical thinking and data analysis.
