Job Summary
- Expertise of the Federal Labor Law which governs all employer-employee relationships in the country and IMSS (Social Security) laws.
- Handling of registrations terminations salary modifications and updates to the Integrated Daily Wage (SDI) for social security.
- Contract administration for new hires and renewal tracking.
- Administration of Major Medical Insurance and Life Insurance policies.
- Administrative Management: Will be responsible for the employees file side of the lifecyclefrom drafting contracts to managing high-end benefits like private medical insurance.
- People Analytics: Beyond generating reports the ability to interpret data to predict employee turnover and measure the impact of talent on the companys bottom line.
- Hybrid and Remote Team Leadership: Capacity to maintain organizational culture and employee engagement in environments where staff are not physically present in the office.
- Change Management: Since global companies undergo constant restructuring the ability to guide employees through transitions mergers or the implementation of new technologies.
- You are a detail-oriented professional who balances meticulous record-keeping with proactive support. You take the time to ask the right questions to ensure data integrity and prioritize learning the complexities of labor laws and company policies. You jump at opportunities to grow your HR knowledge and take on new administrative challenges. You work effectively and efficiently with sensitive information on your own while also collaborating seamlessly with the broader HR team to provide exceptional service to our employees.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Psychology (Industrial-Organizational) Business Administration Communications or related.
- 8 years of experience in as an HR Administrative Assistant or a similar role.
English: Fluid English.
- Experience working with staff globally.
- Global Mobility: Basic knowledge of work visas relocation processes and the tax implications of managing remote employees working from different countries.
- Intercultural Competence & DEI (Diversity Equity and Inclusion): Ability to manage diverse teams understanding cultural nuances in communication and negotiation and ensuring inclusive policies are applied globally.
- Global HRIS Management: Proficiency in systems such as Oracle enabling the management of employees across multiple countries from a single unified platform.
