As an Enterprise Account Manager you will contribute to Shippeos mission by acting as the commercial architect for our most established global accounts transforming real-time visibility data into long-term strategic value. You will be responsible for the commercial health and expansion of our most mature partnerships ensuring Shippeo remains the cornerstone of their global logistics network. Working closely with cross-functional teams like Customer Success and Product you will play a key role in delivering high-impact results in a fast-paced international environment directly influencing the digital transformation and sustainability of global supply chains.

Key Responsibilities
Expansion-Led Growth: Proactively identify and close opportunities to increase Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) across your portfolio through net-new products and geographical expansion.
CSM Synergy: Partner with Customer Success Managers to leverage operational proof of value and platform stickiness into compelling commercial business cases.
Renewal Excellence: Own the end-to-end renewal cycle navigating complex procurement processes to ensure predictable outcomes and negative Net Churn.
C-Level Stakeholder Management: Orchestrate high-level relationships with Supply Chain VPs CIOs and Procurement leads to sell long-term digital transformation roadmaps.
Portfolio Strategy: Strategically manage a segment of 200 Enterprise customers prioritizing efforts based on growth potential and strategic importance.
Qualifications :
SaaS/Supply Chain Expertise: 6 years of experience in Commercial Account Management or Sales specifically managing high-six-figure renewals and expansions.
The Growth Mindset: A proven track record of spotting whitespace within existing accounts and scaling small pilots into pan-EMEA agreements.
European Market Literacy: Deep understanding of EMEA business culture and experience navigating the procurement cycles of large conglomerates (e.g. DAX CAC 40 FTSE 100).
Collaboration & Negotiation: Ability to align commercial goals with technical realities by working seamlessly with Pre-Sales Product and Legal teams.
Communication Excellence: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills in English with the ability to build financial partnerships at the executive level.
Preferred (Not Required)
Multilingualism: Proficiency in a second European language (German French or Spanish) is highly valued given our diverse client base.
Logistics Nuance: A deep understanding of the complexities of multi-country logistics and global supply chain operations.
Digital Transformation Background: Experience selling intelligent solutions involving predictive analytics or automated supply chain actions.
