Job Summary

Accounts Payable is responsible for ensuring the correct recording and timely payment of Invoices maintaining current account payable levels and maintaining up to date reconciliation of supplier account statements.

Freight and customs expenses levels monitoring as well as their comparison against the forecast.
Record of daily operations
Release of Invoices for payment according to the payment schedule
Reconciliation with national suppliers
National vendor portfolio control
Freight and customs expenses
Register and verification of cards corporate validation.
Cleaning of accounts and balance integration
Resolution of problem with internal/external suppliers.
Attention to financial corporate internal external audit etc.
Support in annual physical inventory activitiesSupport of different areas in accounting information/reports

Public Accountant Financial Administration or related career.
Minium 1 year of experience in a similar position.
Experience in the automotive industry (will be a plus)
