What Youll Do
As an AI Engineer at DataSentics youll design and build intelligent applications using advanced machine learning and LLM-based architectures. Youll work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver cutting-edge AI solutions leveraging technologies like RAG vector databases and semantic search. Youll collaborate with engineers analysts and project managers to:
- Define the problem: Understand the business goals and how AI can create real value.
- Design the solution: Build RAG pipelines structure unstructured data and fine-tune language models.
- Implement it: Work with vector stores embedder models and retrieval frameworks.
- Deploy it: Help bring your solutions into production using MLOps and LLMOps practices.

What Were Looking For
- Strong Python programming skills and software engineering skills
- Experience with modern AI tools RAG architectures vector databases and embedding models
- Familiarity with LLM frameworks and libraries (e.g. LangChain LlamaIndex)
- Ability to design and deploy cloud-based AI systems
- Problem-solving mindset a passion for learning and a hands-on approach
