Job Summary
Job Description
This role ensures that decorative printing designs can be technically realized and reliably produced using our pad printing and processing technologies. It bridges the gap between design intent and manufacturing reality by evaluating testing and validating what is feasible in production. Working closely with designers and production teams it helps translate creative decoration concepts into stable high-quality manufacturing solutions.
Core Responsibilities
- Support the NPI Processing team by participating in projects focused on implementing new technologies equipment and innovations
- Follow project management standards and ensure compliance with relevant norms directives and EHS requirements
- Support the standardisation of new equipment and the continuous improvement of existing equipment
- Drive the handover process between R&D and Production
- Cooperation and alignment with other LEGOsites
- Participate in SAT and FAT testing
This position is based at our Kladno manufacturing site and relocation assistance is not offered for this role.

The NPI department is responsible for introducing new products technologies and equipment into production. The team ensures new lines and processes are successfully ramped up continuously improves existing setups and collaborates with other sites to share guidelines.
Do you have what it takes
- Experience in engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read technical drawings and work with equipment documentation
- Experience supporting or leading small technical projects or testing activities
- Analytical problem-solving attitude and good communication skills
- Basic user knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent Czech and English
- Willingness to travel 24 weeks per year
What would be an advantage:
- Experience with design procurement or installation of production equipment
- Interest in new technologies and manufacturing innovation
- Knowledge of Siemens NX Lean/quality tools or basic SAP
- Understanding of machine safety / CE requirements
- Experience with 3D printing
