Job Summary
We are looking for an accomplished leader to head our Pharma ERP Division with full accountability for strategy revenue growth and international expansion. This role requires a strong business consulting pedigree a commercial mindset and the ability to scale operations while building trusted partnerships with global clients.
As a key member of the leadership team you will shape the divisions vision expand our international footprint and drive high-impact ERP and transformation programs across the pharmaceutical sector.
Key responsibilities:
Define and execute the strategy for the Pharma ERP vertical including market expansion
Own full P&L driving revenue growth profitability and sustainable business performance
Lead business development initiatives and strengthen executive client relationships
Act as a senior advisor to clients bringing a strong consulting perspective to transformation agendas
Oversee delivery of complex ERP programs ensuring quality and value realization
Build mentor and scale high-performing teams
Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Proven track record of P&L ownership revenue growth and scaling business operations
Strong senior business consultancy background with strategic advisory and client facing experience
Significant leadership experience top-tier consulting environments
