We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead a strategic real estate transformation initiative within the banking sector
This role is responsible for launching and delivering a large-scale branch network transformation covering retail branches corporate branches and light formats. The position combines full program ownership vendor selection and coordination financial oversight of significant investment budgets and executive-level reporting to the Steering Committee and Board.
You will work closely with Finance (including Financial Controlling) Procurement Business Operations and external design and construction partners ensuring alignment between strategic objectives brand standards and operational execution.
Defining program scope governance roadmap and success metrics
Building and managing the overall program plan budget and risk framework
Close cooperation with Financial Controller managing significant CAPEX budgets
Leading vendor selection processes (architects design firms general contractors)
Coordinating external partners and supervising delivery timelines
Overseeing the development of new branch design concepts (retail corporate)
Leading the preparation of a comprehensive branch standards book
Managing dependencies across business operations compliance and IT
Driving Steering Committee meetings and reporting to Board-level stakeholders
Monitoring risks resolving escalations and ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
Ensuring alignment with corporate brand regulatory and operational standards
Applying structured project methodologies (PRINCE2 / PMI) supported by Agile practices where applicable
810 years of experience in managing complex programs or large-scale projects
Proven experience in real estate / fit-out / branch network roll-out projects
Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
Experience working with senior executives and Board-level stakeholders
Experience managing external vendors and large contractual engagements
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2 and/or PMI; Agile exposure preferred)
High level of business maturity and executive presence
Ability to manage high-visibility projects with significant financial exposure
Very good Polish (C1/C2)
Good English (minimum B2)
Nice to have:
Experience in banking or other regulated industries
Experience in multi-site transformation programs
Certification (PMP PRINCE2 IPMA)
Experience in brand standardization or network harmonization programs
Experience in project delivery both on the client side and the contractor/vendor side.
Experience in organizing and executing/supervising tender and procurement processes.
Experience in delivering rebranding processes.
Participation in company merger processes.
