Job Summary
Advantageous education:Degree in Computer Science Information Technology. Telecommunication Engineering or Business Administration
Specific professional experiencerelated to the profile:
- At least 4 years hands-on experience as project manager in IT systems implementation projects
- Directly participated in at least 2 projects concluded with successful implementation of solutions in
- its complete lifecycle in the roles of business analyst system analyst or architect preferably
- supplemented by experience in testing solutions and training its users
- Experience in writing business cases plans concept documents
- Sound experience managing business analysis or business change in the IT field
- Teamwork experience with agile teamwork frameworks.
Specific expertise:
- Versed with PM2
- Expert in managing complex business-led IT projects
- Proficient in adapting project management methodologies to the ICT context
- Competent in business analysis requirements definition and business case production
- Presents capability to guide project teams and consult business stakeholders
- Conversant with current technologies and trends relevant to the project in the relevant LOT
- Familiar with ITIL processes in particular change management release management and service
- management
- Familiar with software quality standards and in assuring quality in IT projects.
Professional skills with respect toexperience training andcertification:
Certified in project management discipline
Level of autonomy:Works unassisted and guides junior staff

Responsibilities:
- Manage effectively and efficiently the project within its complete lifecycle and scope
- Establish and manage project controls in order to ensure that the milestones are met and project
- products delivered on time and within scope and the business goals are enabled
- Assure and control quality of project deliverables
- Identify track monitor and communicate project-related issues scope changes variances and
- contingencies that may arise during the implementation of the project
- Liaise with Project Board and other key stakeholders
- Assign and control the tasks authorize work packages balance priorities and workload in the team
- motivate project team members
- Plan and control project products delivery processes
- Manage effective communication within the project and with external environment of the project
- Produce and deliver project management products (like plans logs schedules). Define the
- responsibilities of parties involved in the project
- Prepare and present verbal and written technical reports and project presentations
- Organize and conduct project meetings
