[WCF] Software Delivery Manager

Project the aim youll have

As a Delivery Manager youll orchestrate delivery of financial software solutions for international clients in banking payments WealthTech and insurance sectors. Working with cross-functional teams including Architects Product Owners and Business Analysts youll manage projects involving cloud modernization AI integration and digital transformation initiatives. Youll be responsible for roadmap planning resource allocation budget management and ensuring successful delivery in regulated financial environments where compliance security and quality are critical.

Position how youll contribute

• Building and maintaining comprehensive project roadmaps spanning 3-6 months aligned with business priorities and technical constraints
• Planning and managing team composition and resource allocation across multiple projects ensuring optimal capacity utilization
• Managing project budgets including cost estimation burn rate tracking financial forecasting and profitability optimization
• Coordinating cross-functional collaboration between Architects Product Owners Business Analysts and development teams to ensure alignment
• Overseeing project scope timelines and deliverables for both fixed-price and T&M engagements
• Facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning backlog grooming and release planning
• Identifying and mitigating project risks dependencies and blockers proactively
• Managing monthly settlements invoice preparation and financial reconciliation with clients and team members

Qualifications :

Expectations the experience you need

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Project Manager or Delivery Manager in a software house or IT services environment
• Proven track record managing software development projects end-to-end preferably in fintech or financial services
• Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in project budget management P&L responsibility and margin optimization
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies with practical application in complex delivery environments
• Experience in resource planning capacity management and roadmap development across multiple teams and projects
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to negotiate and influence without formal authority
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira Azure DevOps Confluence) and roadmapping platforms
• Fluent English (min. B2/C1) both written and spoken

Additional skills the edge you have

• Knowledge of fintech domain (Open Banking PSD2 payment systems financial regulations)
• Experience managing distributed or international teams
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure AWS) and modern software architecture patterns
• Certifications: PMP PSM SAFe or similar
