Office Manager (all genders)
Job Summary
Your tasks duties and responsibilities:
Overseeing general office operation keeping an office running smoothly and efficiently.
Greeting visitors answering incoming phone calls dealing with correspondence and deliveries.
Managing office supplies and equipment maintaining proper stock levels place orders as necessary.
Placing orders for training and materials for employees etc.
Co-building the positive work atmosphere - taking care of communication to our employees respond to their enquiries and requests.
Being first point of contact to local suppliers service providers and authorities.
Planning and organizing company and office events including meetings conferences and training sessions.
Controlling the office operating costs.
Identifying opportunities for process and office management improvements and ensure they are implemented appropriately.
Managing company mobile phones.
Managing office access cards.
Ensuring that relevant records are up to date and all administrative processes are work effectively.
Providing support in topics related to data protection and OHS.
Providing other administrative support and supporting additional projects whenever necessary.
Tasks duties and responsibilities as listed in this job description are not exhaustive. The Employer may assign other tasks duties and job responsibilities taking into consideration experience skills and/or education.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of relevant professional experience in the area of office administration
- College/University degree
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel Word Power Point Teams)
- Fluent in English and Polish both written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Ability to multitask and work under time pressure
- Team player with positive approach towards daily challenges
