Were looking for a Technical Product Owner to join our dynamic and collaborative Data Products team to deliver Risk & Regulatory this role youll be the driving force for Risk & Regulatory reporting shaping the future of our products and ensuring we build things that are valuable and deliver business value.

In this role youll get to

• Shape and communicate a clear product vision and strategic roadmap for your squad.
• Own refine and prioritize the product backlog to guide the development teams work.
• Champion the customer by deeply understanding their needs and translating them into actionable solutions.
• Collaborate closely with engineers designers and business stakeholders to bring innovative ideas to life.
• Empower your squad to deliver amazing features balancing new development with continuous improvement and technical health.

What youll bring to the role

• Solid experience in a Product Owner Delivery Lead or a similar role within a product team.
• Specific experience in risk and regulatory reporting in a financial services or banking environment.
• An excellent understanding of modern product development practices like Agile Lean and human-centered design.
• Exceptional skills in communication facilitation and stakeholder management.
• A deep curiosity for customer problems and a bias for making evidence-based decisions.
