About the role:
As part of the ICT Services team the Clinical Systems Analyst role is primarily responsible for the administration monitoring and support of all clinical application platforms and hardware including implementation of new clinical technology as well as the development of future requirements. This role provides administrative support and problem resolution ensuring timely action of service requests and incidents within agreed service levels operating under guidelines for predefined processes and maintaining documentation that supports patient care.
