We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst - AI Specialist to join our Customer Experience team. Reporting to the Senior Manager Commercial & Strategy this role is critical to improving the operational efficiency of our Cabin Crew operation and enhancing the onboard experience for both crew and customers.
Youll play a key role driving operational insights reporting financial analysis and the Cabin Crew AI strategy. Leveraging strong analytical capability stakeholder engagement and project delivery skills youll turn complex data into meaningful actionable insights that inform decisionmaking across the business.
This role suits someone comfortable working autonomously while partnering closely with leadership frontline teams and crossfunctional stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements at pace.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver daily monthly and ad hoc reports on Customer Experience (Cabin Crew) performance across multiple data sources
- Analyse performance resource utilisation and cost drivers to identify efficiency opportunities
- Identify and lead initiatives that improve operational efficiency
- Interpret data and confidently present insights to internal stakeholders
- Develop financial models and assess performance against key business focus areas
- Report on employee and third party performance against KPIs
- Contribute to the Cabin Crew AI vision and roadmap including identifying priority use cases and supporting implementation
Were searching for someone with:
- Experience working as a Business Analyst in an operational or customer-focused environment
- Experience with AI Strategy tool development or implementation (highly regarded)
- Strong comfort working autonomously while collaborating with other business units
- Proven capability building reports and dashboards with outputs easily interpreted at all levels
- Strong experience using Power BI and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience developing analytical frameworks and financial models to support business decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to influence stakeholders
- Experience in aviation or a complex operational environment (highly regarded)
