Job Summary

Job Summary:
As the Loaner Car Coordinator you will act as the face of our Service Department managing the daily operation of our loaner fleet. You will be responsible for booking loaner vehicles greeting guests conducting vehicle inspections and ensuring a smooth welcoming and efficient process for clients needing transportation during their service visit.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service:Greet clients explain loaner vehicle policies and ensure a professional friendly and efficient experience.
  • Fleet Management:Manage the daily inventory ensuring vehicles are fueled clean and prepped for morning appointments.
  • Documentation:Accurately prepare and audit rental contracts ensuring all paperwork is completed upon vehicle departure and return.
  • Inspections:Conduct thorough documented inspections of vehicle condition damage and fuel levels for both outbound and inbound cars.
  • Scheduling:Coordinate with Service Advisors to schedule loaner vehicles manage reservations and communicate vehicle status to guests.
  • Logistics:Coordinate with valet staff or the detailing team to prepare vehicles for customers.
  • Customer Transportation: Pick-up and Drop-off Customer vehicles
Qualifications:
  • Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer systems (knowledge of Xtime is a plus).
  • Experience in a dealership or customer service role preferred.
  • Ability to stand walk and work outdoors frequently.
