Facilities Coordinator

Overview
This is not your typical Facilities Coordinator role. Its a hands-on hospitality-focused position centered on maintaining a high-end white glove workplace experience. The role primarily supports dish and pantry operations room resets and event support in a fast-paced client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Reset conference rooms to a clean organized and presentation-ready standard
- Manage dishwashing drying and restocking throughout the day
- Support event setup/breakdown (20300 guests) alongside onsite event and catering teams
- Perform regular walkthroughs to maintain appearance and functionality of all spaces
- Provide light facilities support (minor adjustments reporting issues coordinating vendors)
- Assist with guest interaction and general workplace support as needed
Schedule & Environment
- Busiest days: TuesdayThursday (primary event days)
- Occasional events on Mondays and Fridays
- Downtown location with a steady flow of employees and visitors
- Works closely with onsite Event Coordinators Event Managers and Catering team
What You Bring
- 2 years in facilities hospitality or similar hands-on support role
- Professional personable demeanor with strong communication skills
- Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting moving dish handling)
- Detail-oriented with a proactive service-first mindset
Important Details
- Parking: Yes free parking in the building (designated staff spaces)
- Dress Code: Business casual (clean neat appearance; jeans and tennis shoes allowed with button-up or similar attire; no rips or excessive wear)
