Head of Corporate Development

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Strategy & M&A

• Lead end-to-end M&A and strategic investment activities including deal sourcing due diligence negotiation and post-acquisition integration

• Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute long-term corporate growth strategies

• Monitor market trends economic developments and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities

• Align group-level strategic objectives with operational execution across business units

Capital Planning & Fundraising

• Develop capital strategies and funding structures aligned with business expansion plans

• Engage with financial institutions investors and strategic partners to support fundraising initiatives

• Prepare investment materials such as financial models investor presentations and due diligence documentation

• Support leadership teams in defining capital requirements and growth investment strategies

Investor Relations & Stakeholder Engagement

• Maintain strong relationships with investors shareholders and key financial partners

• Prepare strategic updates presentations and performance reports for stakeholders and board members

• Communicate complex financial and business insights clearly to both internal and external audiences

Portfolio Company Advisory

• Provide strategic guidance to leadership teams across group companies on business planning growth initiatives and market positioning

• Support annual planning scenario analysis and performance reviews

• Assist in restructuring turnaround strategies or strategic repositioning when required

Network Development & Market Engagement

• Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions advisors and industry partners

• Represent the organization at industry events conferences and networking platforms

• Facilitate strategic partnerships and collaborations across the business ecosystem

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Business Economics or a related discipline

• MBA CFA or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred

• Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate development investment or strategic finance roles

• Proven experience leading M&A transactions fundraising and strategic investment initiatives

• Strong financial modeling market analysis and investor communication skills

• Ability to work closely with senior executives boards and external stakeholders

• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving ability and experience in fast-paced high-growth environments
