We are looking for Hungarian-speaking Content Moderators to join our team in Lisbon Portugal. In this role you will help maintain the quality and safety of a global e-commerce platform ensuring that content complies with internal policies and community guidelines.
Responsibilities

Review and moderate online content to ensure it complies with platform policies and standards.

Identify and remove inappropriate or non-compliant content from the platform.

Monitor and manage large volumes of moderation queues ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
-
Support e-commerce operations by reviewing marketplace content and ensuring quality standards.
-
Make rational and fair decisions based on moderation guidelines and local market expertise.
-
Maintain high productivity and quality during peak seasons and promotional campaigns.
-
Collaborate with internal teams to improve moderation processes and platform safety.
-
Provide professional support when interacting with users and internal stakeholders.
Requirements

Fluent Hungarian (C1/C2 level).
-
Good English level (B2 or higher) for internal communication.
-
Strong content moderation skills with attention to detail.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.

Ability to make rational objective and consistent decisions.
-
Strong customer service skills empathy and problem-solving abilities.
-
Ability to cope with peaks in queue volumes especially during promotional seasons.
-
Cultural awareness and understanding of the local Hungarian market.
