We are recruiting for a Lithuanian Speaking Customer Care Specialist to join our remote workforce in Portugal. This position is open to candidates in Coimbra and all other regions of the country. If you speak Lithuanian and English fluently and enjoy interacting with people this is the right role for you. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring that every inquiry from our Lithuanian-speaking clients is handled with the utmost care. This involves answering product questions assisting with account setups and troubleshooting issues across phone email and chat platforms.

Requirements

Excellent command of Lithuanian (C1C2)
