Role Overview:

As a Trust & Safety Analyst you will review user-generated content including text images and videos to ensure it aligns with company policies community standards and relevant regulations. Your critical thinking sound judgment and cultural awareness will help maintain platform integrity and support a safer online experience for users.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Review: Assess user-generated content to confirm it meets internal policies and regulatory requirements
Fair Moderation: Apply guidelines consistently while making balanced and objective decisions
Community Safety: Contribute to maintaining a respectful inclusive and secure online environment
Policy Compliance: Follow established moderation procedures and stay aligned with updated policies
Escalation Management: Identify complex or sensitive cases and escalate them through the appropriate channels
Ongoing Learning: Keep up to date with policy changes platform developments and moderation best practices to ensure high-quality content review

Requirements:

Language Skills: Proficiency in Greek (C1/C2) and English (B2).
Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card.
Experience: 0-1 year of experience in content moderation or a related analytical role.
Skills: Strong critical thinking communication and decision-making abilities.
Mindset: Objective detail-oriented and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.
