Role Overview:

As a Customer Support you will serve as the primary contact for customers providing assistance through phone email and live chat. Your role will focus on delivering clear information resolving inquiries efficiently and ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver friendly and professional support via phone email and live chat

Requirements:

Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
