Job Summary
Maintenance Manager / Maintenance Supervisor

Role Purpose & Success Outcomes
Purpose: Ensure production machinery reliability and continuous improvement of equipment performance.
- Machine downtime meets agreed benchmarks
- Technical issues are resolved efficiently
- Equipment documentation remains accurate and current
Key Responsibilities
- Install modify and maintain sewing and production machines
- Diagnose mechanical issues impacting productivity
- Coordinate with machine suppliers on specifications and improvements
- Maintain technical drawings manuals and documentation
- Plan and execute technical improvement projects
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Mechanical Mechatronic or Manufacturing Engineering
- 3 years experience with sewing and apparel production machinery
- Strong knowledge of tools hardware design and technical drawings
- English proficiency required
