We are currently looking for motivated Account Executives to join our growing team and help expand our client network.
Role Overview
As an Account Executive you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities for Nextgen Headhunters. Your focus will be on identifying potential clients introducing our recruitment services and building relationships with companies that require hiring support.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive confident in sales and comfortable reaching out to new businesses.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential clients who may require recruitment services

Conduct cold calls and outreach to introduce Nextgen Headhunters and our services

Promote and advertise our services to businesses and decision-makers

Build relationships with companies and understand their hiring needs

Generate and qualify leads for new business opportunities

Maintain communication with potential and existing clients

Represent Nextgen Headhunters professionally and clearly communicate our value
Qualifications

Previous experience in sales business development or client acquisition

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with cold calling and outreach

Self-motivated and results-driven

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Experience in recruitment staffing or HR services is an asset but not required
Compensation

Commission-based structure initially

Base salary available after achieving proven sales results
