Senior Lead Product Designer (IGT1)

Were seeking a senior designer to join our design team: a visionary innovation-driven team shaping the next era of AI-powered content and digital experience management in a leading composable DXP. 

As a member of our Product Design and RnD you will bring exceptional design to life through research experimentation and close collaboration with other designers product managers writers engineers and architects. 

What you will do 

• Contribute to a collaborative design practice through design reviews knowledge sharing and the development of shared principles and architecturealways striving for simplicity and elegance. 

• Design thoughtful user-centered experiences across complex product ecosystems balancing usability scalability and innovation. 

• Contribute to experience strategy across product areas identifying patterns and opportunities that improve coherence at a platform level. 

• Partner closely with product engineering and content to shape concepts from early discovery through delivery. 

• Lead and contribute to user research and usability studies synthesizing insights into clear design direction. 

• Help evolve our design system Blok ensuring consistency quality and scalability across products. 

• Explore how generative AI can meaningfully enhance user workflows and creative expression. 

• Oversee design implementation to ensure high-quality outcomes in shipped experiences. 

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and peers driving alignment through clear communication and structured collaboration. 

• Establish and adapt design processes that involve the right people at the right moments. 

• Produce clear well-structured deliverables that support decision-making and implementation. 

• Develop deep domain expertise in content and experience management applying familiar patterns while identifying opportunities for innovation. 

• Own planning prioritization and feedback cycles to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. 

Qualifications :

• 5 years of experience as a Product Designer working on digital products 

• A portfolio that clearly demonstrates your craft systems thinking and design process 

• Strong craftsmanship across interaction design visual detail and experience architecture 

• Curiosity and motivation to explore greenfield spaces and actively shape emerging products 

• Strong analytical and synthesis skillsyou can combine multiple inputs into clear design strategies 

• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles methodologies and best practices 

• A high bar for quality with strong attention to detail 

• Excellent communication skills and confidence collaborating across product engineering and content 

• A proactive self-directed mindset with the ability to plan prioritize and maintain healthy delivery momentum 

• Hands-on experience conducting user research and usability studies with familiarity in both qualitative and quantitative methods 

• A degree in Design or a related field or equivalent professional experience 

• Experience designing complex products; B2B SaaS experience is a strong plus 

Nice to have 

• Familiarity with CMS or DXP platforms 

• Experience designing AI-powered workflows or tools
