Advanced Case Conversion & Client Counseling
Role Purpose
The Patient Care Coordinator III is an advanced case specialist responsible for helping clients move forward with recommended imaging or treatment. This role focuses on high-value diagnostics and services including MRI CT and I-131 therapy. PCC III team members combine medical knowledge with consultative communication skills to guide clients through complex decisions and overcome barriers to care.
Primary Focus
Inside sales and case conversion for advanced imaging and specialty services.
Core Responsibilities
- Respond to complex inquiries regarding MRI CT and I-131 therapy
- Conduct detailed consultations with pet owners following referrals
- Address client concerns regarding cost anesthesia procedure risks and outcomes
- Guide clients through financing options or payment solutions when appropriate
- Help clients understand the clinical value of advanced imaging in their pets diagnosis
- Coordinate scheduling for high-value procedures with clinical leadership
- Ensure urgent or time-sensitive cases are scheduled as quickly as possible
