Referral Intake & Case Coordination
Role Purpose
The Patient Care Coordinator II focuses on converting referrals into scheduled imaging appointments. This role manages communication with pet owners after a veterinarian referral is received and ensures each case is fully prepared for imaging. PCC II team members act as case coordinators guiding clients through the logistics of advanced imaging while maintaining clear communication with referring clinics.
Primary Focus
Outbound follow-up and referral coordination.
Core Responsibilities
- Contact pet owners promptly after receiving a veterinary referral
- Coordinate scheduling for advanced imaging procedures such as MRI and CT
- Confirm required diagnostics and medical records prior to imaging appointments
- Explain imaging procedures appointment expectations and preparation requirements
- Coordinate scheduling logistics with radiologists and clinical staff
- Communicate updates with referring veterinary clinics
- Manage case details to ensure appointments run efficiently and on time

- Operational coordination for advanced imaging services
Schedule & Benefits
- Full-time 8-hour weekday shifts.
