Job Summary
AO Globe Life is a company that works with all major members of labor unions credit unions associations and their families across the US providing them with their permanent benefits. We are dedicated to protecting every child and serving all working families and we are looking for passionate individuals to join our growing team.
We are seeking a Remote Sales Associate who will work closely with clients and team members to deliver excellent service while explaining permanent benefits available to them through labor unions credit unions and/or associations. The ideal candidate values teamwork communication and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
- Provide clear explanations of permanent benefits to clients virtually via Zoom
- Maintain records and documentation to company standards
- Work with team members to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills
Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the United States
High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in customer service sales or team collaboration preferred
- Proficient in using Zoom completing forms with accuracy and ensuring timely documentation
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
Ability to adapt quickly in changing environments
Attention to detail and a high level of accountability
- Proficiency in the Zoom platform and strong communication skills: verbal and written
