Job Summary

Counter Sales Associate / Standup Forklift

Hiring a Counter Sales Associate to support an HVAC Manufacturing Organization that is the leader in climate control products. This is a Customer Service focused role that will answer phone calls and assist customers as they come into the store and look up parts etc. You will also perform shipping and receiving of parts and will use a forklift a few times a week.

PAY RATE: 20.00 hour
HOURS: 7:30am to 4:30pm (M-F)
LOCATION: Alpharetta GA 30004

DUTIES:

Under general supervision performs manual and clerical duties related to the shipment and receipt of materials supplies equipment and finished products.
Receives goods verifies items against the record of shipment and inspects condition.
Gathers verifies and packs items for shipment according to specifications and the transportation method used. Records received and shipped items according to established procedures.
Routes materials supplies and equipment to inspection or stock areas.
Completes written and computerized documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

Requires a high school diploma or GED.
Drug Test
Background Check
Stand Up Forklift - Required
Counter Sales or Customer Service experience
Computer skills to look up parts for customers and customer orders
Shipping and Receiving experience
Good oral and written communications skills.
Good computer skills required: Microsoft applications.
General HVAC knowledge
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
