Salary:$150000 - $175000/year
What you will be doing:
- Handle various legal tasks including providing legal advice.
- Conduct research and draft legal documents.
- Represent clients in matters related to labor and employment law.
- Manage client cases and participate in negotiations.
- Ensure effective communication and client satisfaction.
Experience you will need:
- Knowledge and experience in construction and/or engineering law.
- Proficiency in providing legal advice and conducting thorough research.
- Strong negotiation and client advocacy skills.
- Excellent analytical organizational and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the California State Bar.
- Previous experience in a law firm or related legal environment is preferred.
