As a Policy Administrator within the Role Based Access Control (RBAC) you will play a critical role in maintaining sustaining and enhancing existing access control policies across CIB business units. You will be responsible for executing IT control procedures and performing ongoing maintenance and sustainment activities that uphold policy integrity and support accurate access this role you will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders provide expert guidance on policy updates and be relied upon to quickly resolve ad-hoc issues. Through these activities you will help drive process efficiency compliance and continuous improvement across the access management framework.
Job responsibilities
Enhance maintain and sustain existing RBAC policies across business units in CIB collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure policies meet business-specific needs function as expected and remain evergreen through periodic reviews and updates.
Perform IT control procedures within RBACs system of record ensuring ongoing compliance with established RBAC standards and best practices.
Conduct periodic policy sustainment activities in collaboration with the business reviewing all accesses within existing RBAC policies and implementing enhancements or modifications as needed.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned business units addressing questions building strong relationships and providing guidance on RBAC policy sustainment and maintenance activities.
Perform data analysis and research for incoming requests collaborating with business stakeholders to provide a point of view regarding impact of requested changes.
Prepare clear concise reports and documentation for senior management and business stakeholders presenting progress against KPIs and escalating key risks and dependencies.
Continuously review and enhance access management processes to improve efficiency effectiveness and alignment with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
Bachelors degree preferred.
Candidates with 2 years of relevant work experience in access management controls risk mitigation or similar areas are strongly encouraged to apply.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience analyzing large data sets.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to independently drive tasks and initiatives to completion within required timelines.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
Advanced proficiency in English with effective written and verbal communication skills for collaboration training and stakeholder engagement.
