The Role

As a Senior Business Analyst Skills and Learning Platforms you will play a pivotal role in advancing Fidelitys enterprise-wide cloud-based HR technologies. Youll focus on enhancing the digital experience for all associates while driving efficiency and modernizing the skills and learning ecosystem. Your work centers on supporting and optimizing Skills and Learning Platform(s)including Skills-related configuration in Workdaywhile collaborating closely with business and technology partners to design solutions support ongoing operations and deliver enhancements within an Agile framework.

In this role you will contribute to the implementation maintenance and continuous improvement of these platforms. Responsibilities include supporting implementations documenting processes conducting short-term research resolving system issues gathering requirements and testing long-term fixes or configuration updates. Youll also partner with integration teams to monitor troubleshoot and validate data feed changes between systems.

This is an opportunity to work across multiple Fidelity HR platforms and gain hands-on experience with the firms newest cloud-based technologies.

The Expertise and Value You Deliver

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

  • 23 years of Business or Systems Analyst experience

  • 2 years supporting or implementing HR systems (learning systems preferred)

  • Experience in learning roles preferred; HR experience a plus

  • Strong skills in requirements gathering analysis testing and problem solving

  • High attention to detail and strong written communication

  • Ability to facilitate discussions and demonstrate product capabilities

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Experience working in fast-paced Agile environments

  • Ability to travel less than 10%

  • Strong analytical technical and problemsolving capabilities

  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize under tight deadlines

  • Detailoriented and accuracyfocused

  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence outcomes

  • Providing essential analysis to research and resolve new or existing issues within the Skills and Learning workstream

  • Identifying solutions to complex business needs where current functionality is limited and driving improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability

  • Partnering with peers across the HR Platform organizationespecially those supporting Skills and Learning products such as Workday

  • Collaborating with the Enterprise Skills and Learning team HR Readiness and other stakeholders to prioritize design and deliver solutions using Agile practices

  • Supporting implementation activities and both production and postdeployment issues

  • Building trusted relationships with key business partners

  • Proactively seeking opportunities for continuous improvement and incorporating feedback from stakeholders
