As a Senior Business Analyst Skills and Learning Platforms you will play a pivotal role in advancing Fidelitys enterprise-wide cloud-based HR technologies. Youll focus on enhancing the digital experience for all associates while driving efficiency and modernizing the skills and learning ecosystem. Your work centers on supporting and optimizing Skills and Learning Platform(s)including Skills-related configuration in Workdaywhile collaborating closely with business and technology partners to design solutions support ongoing operations and deliver enhancements within an Agile framework.
In this role you will contribute to the implementation maintenance and continuous improvement of these platforms. Responsibilities include supporting implementations documenting processes conducting short-term research resolving system issues gathering requirements and testing long-term fixes or configuration updates. Youll also partner with integration teams to monitor troubleshoot and validate data feed changes between systems.
This is an opportunity to work across multiple Fidelity HR platforms and gain hands-on experience with the firms newest cloud-based technologies.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
23 years of Business or Systems Analyst experience
2 years supporting or implementing HR systems (learning systems preferred)
Experience in learning roles preferred; HR experience a plus
Strong skills in requirements gathering analysis testing and problem solving
High attention to detail and strong written communication
Ability to facilitate discussions and demonstrate product capabilities
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience working in fast-paced Agile environments
Ability to travel less than 10%
