Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Industrial Engineer to join our high-volume manufacturing team. The successful candidate will support production processes drive efficiency improvements and contribute to operational excellence in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize production
- Monitor and analyze production performance to meet operational targets
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational and process improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or National Diploma in Industrial Engineering
- Professional registration with ECSA (Candidate or Professional) advantageous
- 25 years experience in FMCG manufacturing or high-volume production
- Strong foundation in math science and engineering principles
- Excellent problem-solving decision-making and people skills
