My client is in search of a Junior Product Success Specialist with a completed degree and more importantly a mind capable of disciplined observation. One must possess a genuine passion for sustainability not as abstract theory but as tools of interpretation in a complex and evolving system.

The suitable candidate will possess:
A completed degree (Business Information Systems Engineering Environmental Sciences or related analytical discipline)
Exposure to or foundational understanding of Business Analysis principles and methodologies
Familiarity with requirements gathering techniques and stakeholder engagement practices
An appreciation for software testing principles and quality assurance processes (UAT exposure advantageous)
Understanding of sustainability frameworks including carbon accounting LCA concepts and emissions reporting structures
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on accuracy and structure
The ability to navigate complex discussions without losing the thread of logic
It is often assumed that such roles require enthusiasm alone. This is a misconception.
