What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Operate the dispatch function by monitoring alarm panels cameras and/or other surveillance systems receiving calls for service and coordinating responses with on-site personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner gathering key details and relaying information to appropriate contacts.
• Communicate via phone radio and/or computer systems to support security-related operations including tracking officer locations and coordinating patrol coverage as needed.
• Complete required logs incident reports and other documentation in a clear and timely manner escalating issues per site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 3 years combined law enforcement military and/or security-related experience OR a college degree.
• Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be 21 years of age.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
