Director of Sales - Real Estate Metro Manila Philippines
A real estate company is in need of a Director of Salesto join its expanding team. The successful candidate reporting directly to the President will be responsible in the development and implementation sales strategies leading the sales team and meeting sales targets
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related discipline
Five (5) years experience in the same role
Possesses the ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies plans and initiatives to expand customer base and increase market share
Ability to mentor subordinates and build a high-performing team
Excellent leadership communications and organization skills
Willingness to be based in Quezon City Metro Manila
