Job Summary
Summary of Responsibilities
Team Leader Quality / Manufacturing $20.35/hr Travel Role
Pay: $20.35 per hour
Shifts: Days & Afternoon (OT & Weekend support as needed)
Travel: Manufacturing plants & warehouses across various cities
Lead a team of Quality Inspectors oversee manufacturing projects and grow your career with Stratosphere Quality!

Supervise teams of Quality Inspectors and ensure safety and quality standards
Travel to customer sites across multiple cities gaining exposure to diverse manufacturing processes
Manage project setup deliverables and team member expectations
Act as interim leader when Project Supervisor is unavailable
Train inspectors and provide ongoing coaching for consistent results
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure project success
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
Flexible and adaptable to varying manufacturing environments
Positive attitude self-motivated and detail-oriented
Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coach teams
