We are looking for a Senior SRE shape infrastructure decisions drive security and compliance initiatives and build the engineering practices that take us from startup speed to enterprise-grade reliability.

What you will do:

Own and evolve production AWS infrastructure across multiple accounts and environments
Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters in production Drive security posture improvements and compliance initiatives (CIS SOX GDPR)
Build and maintain observability pipelines alerting and incident response workflows
Manage Infrastructure-as-Code and GitOps deployment pipelines
Participate in on-call rotation (1 week/month compensated)
Collaborate directly with engineering teams on architecture decisions
Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing

5 years in SRE or production infrastructure engineering
Expert-level AWS multi-account architecture EKS RDS IAM VPC S3 ALB
Kubernetes in production at scale Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management
GitOps workflows ArgoCD or equivalent CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance (GitLab CI or equivalent)
Observability stack Prometheus Grafana log aggregation (ELK or equivalent)
Secrets management HashiCorp Vault or equivalent
Identity and access management SSO SAML/OIDC federation
Security tooling cloud security posture management (Wiz Prisma or equivalent)
Strong Linux/systems internals Scripting proficiency Python and Bash Familiarity with compliance frameworks: CIS v8 SOX GDPR
