Job Summary

WhatYoullDo
Act as the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding projects ensuring a smooth and positive experience
Plan manage and deliver onboarding projects by defining scope milestones timelines and success criteria
Partner with customers and internal teams to manage expectations identify risks and proactively resolve issues
Track project progress and communicate updates clearly to customers and internal stakeholders
Collaborate with project managers and crossfunctional teams to continuously improve processes and delivery
WhatYoullBring
3 years of experience in a customerfacing role working with both internal and external stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple projects priorities and deadlines at the same time
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Clear confident communicator who can work effectively with technical and operational teams
A customerfocused mindset with a passion for delivering highquality results
Nice to Have
Project management certification or formal training
Experience in fintech SaaS or a regulated industry
Familiarity working in fastgrowing evolving environments
This position willbe located inSt. Johns or Torontoand offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week inoffice subject to change providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
