About the Job

In this role you will be the main operational partner for key digital and ecommerce accounts. You will ensure a seamless ordertodelivery process provide consolidated visibility on order status manage customer requirements and collaborate closely with Sales Merch Planning and Distribution to resolve supply delivery and compliance challenges. You will also support system improvements data accuracy and EDI performance.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management & Partner Support

• Serve as the single point of contact for strategic digital/ecommerce partners.
• Provide timely updates on order status deliveries risks and exceptions.
• Manage all customer queries: orders shipments missing items faulty goods returns and discounts.
• Ensure customerspecific requirements (VAS bagging bookingin) are executed accurately.

Operational Analysis & Delivery Execution

• Review order files flag risks/opportunities and support weekly forecasting.
• Ensure pricing governance and compliance with trade terms.
• Secure ontime delivery for product launches and tests.
• Organize returns and resolve claims (short deliveries discounts etc.).

CrossFunctional Collaboration

• Partner with Sales Merch Planning and Distribution to resolve supply and delivery challenges.
• Support continuous improvement and process alignment in customer meetings.
• Maintain strong communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Systems Data & EDI

• Maintain accurate customer data across systems.
• Ensure EDI connections are functioning and troubleshoot failures.
• Oversee external provider performance against agreed service levels.
• Support testing of new system functionalities and maintain training materials.
• Translate Digital Strategic Business Plans into Order Management priorities.

About You

• 3 years of B2B or ecommerce customer service experience.
• SAP or similar ERP experience required.
• Fluent English and French (written and verbal).
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP Pivot Tables IF).
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in logistics apparel or order management preferred.
• Familiarity with EDI and supplier portals (e.g. Vendor Central).

This is ahybrid positionbased in our Warsaw office. You will be expected to be in the officethree days per week though time in office may vary depending on business needs.

The expected starting salary range for this role is PLN 96000 PLN 127900 per year. The amount a employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education qualifications performance and our needs.
