About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Specialists to join our operations inCanning Vale - 5 days a week!

In these roles you will partner with site leadership and operational teams to enhance process efficiency uplift performance and support the delivery of bestpractice across our distribution network.

You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives maintaining core engineered standards and acting as the onsite Warehouse Management System subject matter expert. These positions offer the opportunity to contribute to critical operational outcomes and add value within a fastpaced performancedriven environment.

In this Role

Lead site initiatives that generate value reduce waste and drive operational efficiency
Serve as the site Warehouse Management System (DALLAS) super user strengthening capability and system utilisation across the warehouse.
Maintain and oversee core Engineered Standards including all related activities audits and reporting
Act as the site subject matter expert for Engineered Standards ensuring consistency and compliance
Project manage the implementation and execution of warehouse process changes and improvements
Lead and facilitate processimprovement working groups to identify solutions and operational enhancements
Influence and support change across key stakeholders including the State Logistics Manager Operations Managers and Warehouse Supervisors

Youre Likely a Match If

3 years experience in logistics management or coordination
Experience executing continuous improvement initiatives and operational process changes
Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hands-on individual that enjoys working with large teams
