Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile delivery across large-scale IT programs. The role focuses on coaching teams facilitating agile practices and driving high-performance delivery aligned with business and program objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead agile delivery for large-scale IT projects
• Coach teams on Agile Scrum Kanban and SAFe practices
• Guide teams to become high-performing and self-managing
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning Stand-ups Reviews Retrospectives)
• Ensure delivery of high-quality increments aligned with Definition of Done (DoD)
• Track and improve team performance using metrics (velocity flow predictability)
• Identify escalate and resolve impediments and blockers
• Collaborate with Product Owners Architects and Business stakeholders
• Coordinate with Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers for ART alignment
• Support PI Planning System Demos and Inspect & Adapt sessions
• Drive continuous improvement and team maturity
• Promote DevOps practices including CI/CD and test automation
• Educate stakeholders on Agile and SAFe frameworks
• Manage dependencies and ensure smooth cross-team collaboration

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master in large-scale IT environments
• SAFe Agile certification or formal Agile qualifications
• Proven ability to coach and mentor agile teams
• Experience with agile metrics delivery governance and team maturity models
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in enterprise or government environments preferred
