About the role
The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the schools buildings grounds and facilities while ensuring high standards of health and safety across the site.
The role will involve:
Managing the maintenance and upkeep of the school buildings and grounds
Leading and supervising the premises and site staff
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and site inspections
Managing contractors and overseeing site works
Supporting planned maintenance and improvement projects
Ensuring the school site remains safe secure and well presented
You will work closely with senior leaders to ensure the school environment supports effective teaching and learning.

Experience in a premises facilities or site management role
