Site Manager

Were looking for a Site Manager to join our Construction team based in various locations. Location: Rainham Hours: Full-time - 40 hours a week We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. As a Site Manager within our Construction business youll play a vital role in delivering high-quality projects safely and on time. What will you be responsible for As a Site Manager youll be working within the Construction team supporting them in delivering projects that exceed client expectations. Your day to day will include: Managing operational resources including people and physical assets to ensure projects are completed safely on time and to the highest quality standards Leading and motivating site teams fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients contractors and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Implementing health and safety policies and ensuring full compliance with all regulations and best practices Monitoring project progress and addressing any challenges proactively to deliver excellent results What are we looking for This role of Site Manager is great for you if: You hold a CSCS card and SMSTS certification You have proven experience in a site management role with a track record of successfully delivering projects Youre working towards or hold professional membership with a relevant professional body Youre an excellent communicator who can build relationships and influence at all levels Youre highly organised proactive and committed to achieving outstanding client satisfaction Rewards and benefits Were proud to be able to offer our brilliant people a wide variety of benefits that you can tailor to your needs.
